This matter is before the Court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment, plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment and opposition to defendant’s motion, defendant’s opposition and reply, and plaintiffs’ reply. Also before the Court are plaintiffs’ motion to strike portions of the declaration of Rose Connerton and defendant’s opposition thereto.
