In this suit in equity, instituted in the Circuit Court of Barbour County in June, 1952, the plaintiffs, French C. Lantz and Maria A. Lantz, seek a decree of specific performance against the defendants, Paul W. Reed, executor of the will of William C. Kisner, deceased, and in his own right, Ruth Alexander, Mary Pauline Reed and Charles F.
