By bis bill plaintiff seeks cancellation of stock subscriptions in the sum of $8,000.00 and a personal decree for this sum against certain individuals who he alleges practiced fraud upon him in connection with said subscriptions. From a finding for the defendants on the merits the plaintiff appeals.
