MEMORANDUM OPINION
Walter Lee Jones, Debtor, filed a petition under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code on September 27, 1991. On December 22, 1992, Camille Hope, the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee, filed objections to proofs of claim filed by the Internal Revenue Ser vice. The IRS filed its response to the objections on February 22, 1993. The objections came on for hearing on April 1, 1993. The Court, having considered the evidence presented and the arguments and briefs of counsel, now publishes this memorandum opinion.
