This is a diversity action by StrombergCarlson Corporation (“Stromberg-Carlson”), a Delaware corporation engaging in the manufacture and sale of telecommunications equipment, against Bank Melli Iran (“Melli”), an Iranian banking corporation with an agency office in New York registered with the State Superintendent of Banks.
