DeMOSS, Circuit Judge:

Petitioners, citizens of Indonesia, were ordered removed by the Immigration and Naturalization Service (“INS”). The Immigration Judge (“IJ”) dismissed their applications for asylum and withholding of removal. The Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) affirmed without opinion. Petitioners contend that fhe IJ erred by denying their applications for asylum. They also assert that the IJ erred by failing to address their claims for relief under the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”).
