—Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered May 8, 1978, convicting him of criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of defendant’s motion to dismiss the indictment on the ground that he was denied a speedy trial. Judgment reversed, on the law, defendant’s motion to dismiss the indictment granted, indictment dismissed, and case remitted to the County Court, Nassau County, for the purpose of entering an order in its discretion…
