N.Y.1984); 603 F.Supp. 370 (S.D.N.Y.1985); 629 F.Supp. 860 (S.D.N.Y.1986), 83 Civ. 6291, slip opinion dated May 6, 1988 (unreported), [1988 WL 49056], with which familiarity is assumed, may be the penultimate point in the litigation.
