THIS IS a Chapter 7 liquidation case and the matter under consideration is a Complaint filed by Bill Cladakis (Cladakis) and Road King, Inc., (Road King) f/k/a S.G.G., Inc. d/b/a/ Percy’s Auto, against the Debt- or, Ralph L. Triggiano (Debtor).
