FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
GEORGE L. PROCTOR, Bankruptcy Judge.
This proceeding is before the Court upon the complaint of CITIZEN FIRST NATIONAL BANK (“Plaintiff’) objecting to JAMES STEPHEN HUNTER’S (“Defendant”) discharge in its entirety pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2)(A) and (a)(4). The complaint also sought to determine the dis-chargeability of a debt pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A), (B) and (a)(6). A trial was conducted on September 29 and October 14, 1998. After considering the evidence presented, the Court enters the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law:
