Suit was instituted in the City Court of Blast St. Louis by plaintiff in error, hereinafter called plaintiff, against defendant in error, hereinafter called defendant, to recover for a loss by fire of a Ford automobile under an insurance policy issued by defendant. At the close of plaintiff’s evidence, on motion of defendant, the court directed a verdict in favor of defendant and rendered judgment in bar of action and for costs.
