delivered the opinion of the court.

An action in assumpsit was instituted by appellee against appellant to recover under a burglary insurance policy for loss of goods alleged to have been stolen from appellee’s home. The declaration consists of one count, in which the policy sued on was set forth in hoec verba and alleging that the home of appellee had been burglarized and a wrist watch and breastpin belonging to appellee’s wife had been stolen.
