This suit grows out of certain injuries allegedly received by tbe plaintiff when struck by an automobile belonging to tbe defendant, on or about tbe 26th day of December, 1945, and at a point in tbe driveway of tbe Union Bus Terminal, corner of Tenth and Market Streets, in tbe City of Chattanooga, Tennessee.
