—In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Incorporated Village of Latting*289town, dated October 4, 2001, which, after a hearing, denied the application of William Adlman, in effect, for an exemption from the minimum lot area requirement, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Burke, J.), dated October 31, 2002, which denied the petition and dismissed the proceeding.
