Following a bench trial, Wesley Terry Reece appeals his conviction on two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon as well as the contemporaneous revocation of his probation, contending that: (1) the evidence was insufficient to support either the conviction or the revocation; and that the trial court erred by (2) finding that his arrest was the result of a lawful search pursuant to a prior waiver of Fourth Amendment rights as a condition of probation; and (3) finding that certain statements were not inadmissible due to a Miranda violation.
