State Ex Rel. Nelson v. Superior Court

This is a proceeding in this court to review certain orders entered by judges of the superior court for King county in the case of Yon Herberg v. Nelson, there pending.

It appears that the action was commenced in October, 1931, by the filing of a complaint which alleged that, by virtue of a written agreement between the parties executed in September, 1928, the plaintiff and defendant became copartners in the carrying out and performing certain contracts with the city of Seattle for the construction of local improvements.
