Appeal from the District Court of Brown County.

From appellants’ brief, we quote the following 'statement of the nature and results of the suit:

“G. W. Scharrenbeck and wife, as plaintiffs, instituted this suit against Montgomery Ward & Company, a corporation, and Marcus H. Sessions, to recover the alleged value of a dwelling house and the furniture and fixtures and other personal property therein situated, alleged to have been destroyed by fire as the result of negligence on the part of Sessions, as an employee of Montgomery Ward & Company, in repairing a kerosene hot water…
