The sole ground relied upon by the plaintiff in this case for recovery is that the defendant railroad company failed to construct and maintain a good and sufficient crossing where the defendant’s railroad crosses the Louisiana and Prairieville graveled road in the city of Louisiana, Missouri; and that in consequence of such neglect- plaintiff’s husband was thrown from his wagon, and killed, as he was driving over that crossing.
