MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WOODLOCK, District Judge.
Plaintiff Deborah Bryant (“Bryant”) brings this action against her former employer, defendant Caritas Norwood Hospi tal (“Caritas”), alleging discrimination in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and seeking declaratory and monetary relief based on the alleged failure of Caritas to provide her with a reasonable accommodation such that she could continue in her employment as a nurse despite her alleged disability.
