MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Glenn Stearns, the Chapter 13 Standing Trustee (the “Trustee”), in the case of Arthur J. Gage (the “Debtor”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 329 and 330 and Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 2017 to examine the fees of Robert V.
