This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court of Monroe county finding the interests of the parties in the real estate involved and granting a partition thereof among the respective owners. The real estate involved, consisting of about 52.75 acres, originally belonged to Mrs. Fendrich, the mother of the appellant and appellees. The mother died October 26, 1893. At the time of her death she left surviving her as her only heirs four children, Charles, Robert and Joseph' Riehl, her sons, and Mrs. Amalie Kroman, a daughter.
