Kristen Investment Properties, LLC (“Kristen” or “appellant”), appeals from the Faulkner County Circuit Court’s denial of its request for attorney’s fees under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The court granted judgment in favor of appellant and ordered appellee Beaverfork Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. (Beaverfork), a private nonprofit corporation, to produce certain records1 pursuant to appellant’s FOIA request.
