The trial court convicted appellant of theft by receiving. Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 31.03(a) & (b)(2). 1 On August 15,1995, the trial court sentenced appellant to two years in a state jail facility. Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 31.03(e)(4)(A). The trial court suspended imposition of appellant’s sentence for a period of five years and placed appellant on community supervision for five years with' twenty days’ confinement as a condition of his sentence.
