This is a suit to quiet title to three small tracts of land in the Donation Land Claim of William Wilson, No. 51, in township 16, south, range 5 west of Willamette meridian. The first of these tracts, designated for convenience as the “strip,” contains three fourths of an acre; the second, called the “half-moon,” contains one and one-fourth acres; and the third, called the “triangle,” contains three fourths of an acre.
