The defendant Jack Dawson was charged in the county court of Kiowa county with the unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, was tried, convicted, and sentenced to serve 30 days in the county jail and pay a fine of $75 and costs, and has appealed.

Among the various assignments of error presented by the defendant, it is only necessary for us to consider the question as to whether the court erred in overruling the motion to suppress evidence-
