Robert E. Quinn, Chief Judge:
On the basis of a report that the accused was a user of narcotics, he was apprehended by Criminal Investigation Detachment agents. In searching him, the agents found a triangular paper packet in a pocket of his trousers. The packet contained a white powder which, on chemical test, was determined to be a morphine compound. Later, the accused voluntarily provided two urine specimens. Analysis of these disclosed the presence of morphine.
