BACKGROUND

Defendant Timothy Enix a/k/a Blaze (hereinafter “Defendant” or “Mr. Enix”) seeks revocation of the magistrate judge’s detention order pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3145(b). (Dkt. 177). Defendant is one of 16 defendants named in a 46-count Second Superseding Indictment (Dkt. 33) returned on March 16, 2016, that alleges various crimes, including a RICO conspiracy in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1962(d) and firearm offenses in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c), pertaining to the operation of the Kingsmen Motorcycle Club (“KMC”).…
