This matter comes before the Court upon cross Motions for Summary Judgment filed by Georgetown Steel Company, LLC (“Georgetown Steel” or “Debtor”) and Progress Rail Services Corporation (“Progress Rail” or “Defendant”). The controversy in this matter is the determination of which party is entitled to the proceeds of certain inventory that was in Debtor’s possession on the date of the bankruptcy filing.
