This Court sentenced Thomas Flannery to 151 months in prison after calculating a Guidelines range of 151-188 months. The Court determined that Mr. Flannery qualified as a career offender based in part on three prior convictions for Massachusetts Armed Robbery and two prior convictions for Massachusetts Unarmed Robbery.
