Plaintiff, Brian F. Fazio, appeals the summary judgment entered in favor of defendant, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. We affirm.
Plaintiff was severely injured on June 28, 1996, when the motorcycle he was operating collided with a deer. Plaintiff's motor vehicle insurance policy with State Farm provided liability coverage for his motorcycle as required by § 10-4-706(1)(a), C.R.8.2001. However, in conformance with § 10-14-7058), C.R.9.2001, the policy did not include personal injury protection (PIP) coverage.
