At his death in 1919 Felix Kieruj was the owner of lot 5 of Fox and Quinn’s subdivision of the city of Detroit. Sigmund J. Dziatkiewiez was named executor of the estate and by the terms of the will was directed to reduce all of the property to cash and to distribute it in various amounts to numerous legatees specified. While the estate was pending the property above described was sold at tax sale because of the nonpayment of State and county tkxes for the year 1918 and it was also sold because of unpaid city taxes for 1921.
