MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff Connie Dean Belcher (“Mr.,Belcher”) brings this action against Defendant W.C. English Inc. (“WCE”), alleging constructive discharge based on age, in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-34 (2012).
