BISTLINE, Justice.

Nampa Christian Schools, Inc., was organized by a group of parents interested in providing a “Christian” education for high school students. In addition to the superintendent, the school employs 22 teachers and eight other staff members, including office help, bus drivers, and support personnel.

Control of the school is entirely in the hands of a board of trustees, elected by corporation members. The churches whose members attend as students at the school do not direct the school’s operations. There is no group of churches banded together to control or supervise the school.…
