This suit was brought by two Idaho plaintiffs, Adkison Corporation, an Idaho contracting company, and Ronald Corrado, an Idaho aircraft mechanic, against American Building Company (ABC), a manufacturer of metal buildings, headquartered in Georgia with a manufacturing plant located in Nevada. The plaintiffs brought suit against ABC for damages resulting from the alleged late delivery of a defective building.
