This action was instituted in the district court of Oklahoma .county by the plaintiff in error, as plaintiff below, wherein plaintiff sought a dissolution of a copartnership between plaintiff and defendants and an accounting, together with distribution of the assets, and for an appointment of a receiver to conserve the property during the pendency of the action.
