Appellee brought this suit against appellants, alleging “he is the owner of, in fee simple,” and in possession of, the land described in the petition, and specially pleads Ms title of limitation of three, five, and ten years’ adverse possession and that such possession gave him “full title.” He further alleges: That on or about the 8th day of February, 1919, the said defendants, P.
