I dissent from the views of the learned vice-chancellor in the court below for the following reasons:

The bill was filled by a legally constituted street railway company, operating under a legislative franchise, as a common carrier of passengers, on the streets of Newark, Elizabeth and Perth Amboy, to enjoin the defendants from illegally interfering with its charter rights.
