This is an action under the provisions of Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act as amended 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g), to review the final decision of the Secretary of the Department of Health, Education and Welfare, denying the plaintiff a period of disability under the provisions of Section 216 (i) (2) (A) of said Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 416(i) (2) (A).
