Pending is the Chapter 7 Trustee’s objections to exemptions in a pension plan and IRAs, totaling $231,125.17, claimed by debtors, Dr. Ben Gaines and Shelba Jean Gaines. The court’s original Opinion, issued on September 27, 1989, is hereby withdrawn and the following Amended Opinion is entered.
