The plaintiffs recovered judgment under the workmen’s compensation act for the death of John Madey. The defendant appeals.

*7721. The first question presented is that the court erred in overruling the defendant’s demurrer to the plaintiff’s evidence. The facts shown by that evidence were substantially as follows: The plaintiff, Mary Madey, was John Madey’s wife, and the other plaintiffs were his children.
