Appellant Old Republic Surety Company appeals the order of the Pope County Circuit Court granting summary judgment to Appellee Sharon McGhee, individually and on behalf of a class of similarly situated persons, and ordering the release of surety bonds that Appellant issued for payday lender Russellville Check Express, Inc.
