BRAWLEY, District Judge.
A petition in involuntary bankruptcy was filed October 5, 1905, by creditors, alleging that Isaac Knopf was insolvent, and that for the purpose of hindering, delaying and defrauding his creditors he had sold out his stock of merchandise in two stores at Fairfax, one on Hampton avenue to W. E. Harter, and the other, on Railroad avenue, to C. H. Sanders. Upon a certificate of the clerk that the district judge was temporarily absent from the state, this petition was referred to R. A.
