HANNA, Judge.

Mr. William Brandecker was the attorney for Mrs. Clarisse Dean. He prepared Mrs. Dean’s Last Will and Testament and later drew up a Revocable Trust Agreement for her. Mrs. Dean is now deceased and Mr. Brandecker is acting as the personal representative of her estate. In his capacity as the personal representative, Mr. Brandecker filed in the probate division of the circuit court a multi-count petition which, among other matters, requested that the court rule on the validity of a document that Mrs. Dean had drawn which purportedly revoked her trust agreement.
