— Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court in favor of plaintiff, entered April 25, 1975 in Broome County, upon a decision of the court at a Trial Term, without a jury. This appeal is from a judgment granting the plaintiff town a permanent injunction restraining defendants from using certain real property for industrial purposes.
