This appeal, on behalf of minor remaindermen, is from a decree refusing to surcharge trustees for losses resulting from their failure to convert non-legal investments which had been received from themselves at the adjudication of their account as executors. Testator died September 13, 1930, leaving a will dated January 27, 1930, with a codicil dated June 2, 1930.
