On March 29, 1915, the Baltimore Trust Company as trustee for certain bondholders, and individually, instituted an equitable action against the Georgia & Florida Railway, for the foreclosure of <% mortgage or deed of trust executed by the railway company to secure its bonds, and for the appointment of a receiver.
