Affirming.

This is an appeal by James Winburn who was convicted of murder and given life sentence.

The homicide occurred at the ball park in Carrollton. Besides appellant and the deceased, Albert Collins, Hugh Arvin, Thomas McDermott and Roy Ellis were present. According to the evidence for the Commonwealth, appellant and Collins were engaged in a game of craps, and appellant won all the money that Collins had.
