—In an action to recover damages for the wrongful dishonor of a check, the defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Ain, J.), dated March 11, 1986, which denied its motion to vacate a default judgment pursuant to CPLR 5015 (a) (1).
