MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT AND DISMISSING COMPLAINT

Plaintiff pro se, Sylvia Rector, sues her former employer, Osram Sylvania (“Sylva-nia”), alleging that she was fired in violation of her rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. 12101, et. seq. The plaintiff had tendonitis in her left shoulder which required her to have surgery and to take time off from work. Because the plaintiff informed Sylvania that her injury was not work related, she received 26 weeks of short term disability benefits. After…
