A VENUE CASE

Plaintiff-appellee, Waymon Burleson, Jr., and wife, Mae Lois Burleson, and Waymon Burleson, Jr., as next friend of his minor child, Winneola Burleson, sue Beacon National Insurance Company under the uninsured motorists provision as provided by Policy No. FA-32897, for a total of $10,500.00. Defendant-appellant, Beacon National Insurance Company, filed a plea of privilege. The plea of privilege was controverted by Appellees. The plea of privilege was set for hearing.
